29 CFR 1910.179(g)(2)(i): Electrical equipment was not so enclosed that live parts would not be exposed to accidental contact under normal operating conditions: a) Shredder Machine Area - Employee used a pendant control box to operate an overhead crane. The control box was damaged, exposing the worker to internal electrical components; on, or about, 06/03/2013. Note: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
