29 CFR 1926.760(b)(3): Each connector working at heights over 15 and up to 30 feet above a lower level was not provided with a personal fall arrest system, positioning device system, or fall restraint system, and/or was not wearing the equipment necessary to be able to be tied off; or was not provided with other means of protection from fall hazards in accordance with paragraph (a)(1) of this section: On or about 06/13/2013 at 4680 Lexington Road, Athens, GA: Four (4) employees engaged in the construction of a metal building, working more than 25 feet above the lower level, were not provided with a personal fall arrest system.
