29 CFR 1910.178(q)(1):Any power-operated industrial truck not in safe operating condition was not taken out of service, and/or repairs were not made by authorized personnel: a) On or about May 17, 2013 - 206 Handley Avenue, Roanoke, AL, employees were operating a powered industrial truck manufactured by Clark, Model#F163, S/N#020 with a broken parking brake, no horn, leaking oil, and without backup lights.
