29 CFR 1910.1030(d)(4)(iii)(A)(2)(i): During use, containers for contaminated sharps were not easily accessible to personnel or located as close as was feasible to the immediate area where sharps were used or could be reasonably anticipated to be found: (a) Location - Establishment On or about 4/30/13, the employer did not provide sharps containers at the immediate area for employees required to carry used disposable razors after shaving residents in shower rooms and in residents' bathrooms.
