29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): Floor(s) of workroom(s) were not maintained in a clean and, so far as possible, a dry condition: (a) 820 Highway 7 North in Holly Springs, MS - On or about May 1, 2013, PVC dry blend had accumulated on the floor around the 1st floor hopper and blower for the material screening and the ducts used to blow the dry blend to the silos.
