29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) On or about April 25, 2013- at the site of 166-38 14 Ave Whitestone, NY 11357. The Employer could not identify the need for fall protection when employees were exposed to falls of up to 8-feet, 9-inches. WRITTEN ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
