29 CFR 1910.1027(m)(4)(ii): The employer did not provide training prior to or at the time of initial assignment to a job involving potential exposure to cadmium and at least annually thereafter: (a) BAE Systems, Building 7 - The employer did not provide training to employees who were exposed to cadmium while working on the Bradley fighting vehicles during the assembly process, prior to or at the time of initial assignment, on or about April 16, 2013. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
