29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): The employer did not have a material safety data sheet for each hazardous chemical which they used: a. On or about 03/13/13, at Marina Puerto Chico facilities, Fajardo, PR. The employer did not have a material safety data sheet for each hazardous chemical such as gasoline, diesel, oil, hydraulic fluid and other chemicals for employees engaged in marinas maintenance operations. NOTE: Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item as abatement was documented by the compliance safety and health officer during the inspection.
