29 CFR 1910.95(m)(4): All records required by 29 CFR 1910.95 were not provided upon request to employees, former employees, representatives designated by the individual employee, and the Assistant Secretary: At the inspection site, where Sawyers were exposed to noise levels as high as 89.1 decibels as an 8-hour time-weighted average, and noise screening measurements ranged from 92.7 dba to 102 dba for employees using powered wood cutting equipment, pneumatic nail guns, and hammers while manufacturing wood trusses, audiometric testing records were not provided by the employer in response to a verbal request by OSHA on July 26, 2013, a written request via email on July 29, 2013, or a third request by telephone and email on August 1, 2013.
