29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(iii): Midrails, screens, mesh, intermediate vertical members, solid panels, or equivalent structural members were not installed between the top edge of the guardrail system and the scaffold platform: a) Jobsite located at 21 Seventh Street, Beach Heaven NJ 08008: Company employees from Hitech Construction were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 18 feet to the ground surface below when using a ladder pump jack scaffold with no midrail or mesh while installing the siding on the residence under construction. Occurred on or about 02/12/2013.
