29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(iv): Employees shall always stand firmly on the floor of the basket, and shall not sit or climb on the edge of the basket or use planks, ladders, or other devices for a work position. Vicinity of the intersection of Vandergrift Road and Santa Margarita Road: On or about 3JAN13, an employee working from an articulating boom platform at a height of 40-50 feet above the ground, climbed onto to the top edge of the basket to work.
