29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. This violation occurred on March 03, 2012, at the jobsite located at 4047 Childress Avenue in Mesquite, Texas 75150, where at least eight (8) employees performing roofing work were not protected from falling more than 20-feet to the lower level.
