29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain copies of the required material safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical in the workplace: a) Arrowpoint Facility Services: On or about April 9, 2012 and at times prior to employer failed to provide Material Saftey Data Sheets for each hazardous chemicals used on site such as but not limited to enamel paints, latex paints, tile adhesive and paint thinner.
