29 CFR 1910.1048(m)(2)(i): The employer did not ensure that for materials listed in paragraph (m)(1)(iv) of this section, capable of releasing formaldehyde at levels above 0.5 ppm, labels appropriately addressed all hazards as defined in paragraph (d) of � 1910.1200 and Appendices A and B to � 1910.1200, including cancer and respiratory sensitization, and contained the hazard statement "May Cause Cancer": a) SubMet Area: On or about August 27, 2025, employees were exposed to formaldehyde in the workplace, and the employer did not ensure that the hopper containing the formaldehyde solution (1:1 dilution of 37% formaldehyde with water) was labeled with the statement "May Cause Cancer".
