29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A):Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation: On or about June 6 , 2025, the employer did not ensure that employees tasked with the service and maintenance of equipment in the facility had received training as authorized individuals for the isolation of hazardous energies (LO/TO. Equipment present at the facility includes but is not limited to mixers, fillers, and packaging equipment. Hazardous energies present on equipment includes but is not limited to steam, thermal, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical.
