29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control: (a) South plant make room; On or about June 2, 2025, and dates prior, authorized employees were not trained to verify the filler augers were isolated and deenergized prior to performing servicing activities such as sanitation and clearing clogs in the filler.
