29 CFR 1910.217(f)(2): The employer failed to train and instruct the operator in the safe method of work before starting work on any operation covered by this section. The employer shall insure by adequate supervision that correct operating procedures are being followed. On or about May 14, 2025, the employer failed to train operators on the mechanical power press to notch and bend metal parts into metal straps exposing operators' fingers and hands to severe injuries when running the press including potential crushing and amputation hazards.
