29 CFR 1910.132(h)(1): The employer did not provide the protective equipment, including personal protective equipment (PPE), used to comply with this part, at no cost to employees: Fry Foods, Inc. - Tiffin, Ohio: On or about March 26, 2025, the employer did not provide protective clothing for the body and head/face, at no cost to employees, to protect against injury and illnesses related to cold stress. Employees were exposed to the hazard when working to stack and store products in the east and west storage freezer areas where temperatures were maintained at about -4�F to +4�F.
