29 CFR 1910.1025(f)(2)(i): The employer did not implement a respiratory protection program in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.134(b) through (d) (except (d)(1)(iii)), and (f) through (m) for each employee required by 29 CFR 1910.1025 to use a respirator: a) 1000 East Main Street, Mount Joy, PA 17552: On or about March 4, 2025, the employer had not implemented a written respiratory protection program when employees were required to wear tight-fitting half facepiece respirators in the Triple Lead Patenting (TLP) Department when exposed to lead. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
