29 CFR 1910.147(d):The established procedure for the application of energy control (the lockout or tagout procedures) did not cover the actions listed in and was not done in sequence as required by 29 CFR 1910.147(d)(1)-(6). a) MSC Walbridge Coating, Inc. on or about January February 4, 2025, the location of 30610 East Broadway, Walbridge OH 43465: The employer did not ensure employees tasked with performing lock out covered tasks followed established procedures in sequence to ensure equipment was effectively deenergized. Due to this condition, employees tasked with cleaning the finishing coater on Line 6 were exposed to caught in hazards created by the in running nip point between the pick up roll and applicator roll.
