29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirements of this standard were being followed: (a) Processing room; On or about January 8, 2025, and days prior, the employer did not conduct periodic inspections of the energy control procedures for the Multivac Type R105 (Serial No. 308042) and the Multivac Type R105 (Serial No. 162229) packaging machines at least annually to ensure the procedures were accurate, employees were knowledgeable on the procedures, and the requirements of this standard were being followed.
