29 CFR 1926.652(d)(2):Manufactured materials and equipment used for protective systems shall be used and maintained in a manner that is consistent with the recommendations of the manufacturer, and in a manner that will prevent employee exposure to hazards. a) Located at 6809 Hamilton Road, Westerville, Ohio, 43081: On or about December 19, 2024, an employee was working in a trench box that was not being used and maintained in a manner consistent with the recommendations of the manufacturer as there was multiple keeper pins missing to hold the spreader struts in place.
