29 CFR 1910.332(b)(1): Employees were not trained in and familiar with the safety-related work practices required by 1910.331 through 1910.335 that pertained to their respective job assignments: On or about December 5, 2024 and times prior to, employees of St. Francis Medical Clinic Poplar Bluff located at 221 Physician Park in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, were troubleshooting and making electrical repairs to a light fixture. The employer did not ensure maintenance employees were provided with training on electrical safety-related work practices such as but not limited to, arc flash hazards, protective equipment for the hands, head and body to protect against electrical hazards while working on or near energized or potentially energized electrical parts. Employees were exposed to 277 volt electrical hazards while troubleshooting light ballasts and replacing bulbs.
