29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The employer did not ensure that the floor of each workroom is maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition: a) Saw rooms- On or about December 4, 2024, employees working in and around the saw rooms were exposed to flash fire and fire hazards from improper housekeeping practices that allowed a buildup of combustible dust to accumulate on floor surfaces. b) Baler House- On or about December 4, 2024, employees working in the baler house area were exposed to flash fire and fire hazards from improper housekeeping practices that allowed a buildup of combustible dust to accumulate on floor surfaces.
