29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program are understood by employees and that the knowledge and skills required for the safe application, usage, and removal of the energy controls are acquired by employees: a.) Storflex Holdings, Inc., 392 West Pulteney St., Corning, NY 14830, on or about 12/3/2024; Employees working on and around equipment such as, but not limited to, the Basic Parts Line, "G Mechanica", ID # 1126, the Upcut Vista Saw, Serial Number 014-0297, and the Cincinnati Press, Serial Number 48230, and were required to complete servicing activities including, but not limited to, changing blades, removing jammed parts, and replacing defective parts, and were not provided with training in regard to the purpose and function of an energy control program.
