29 CFR 1910.1052(d)(2): Initial determination. Each employer whose employees are exposed to methylene chloride (MC) shall perform initial exposure monitoring to determine each affected employee's exposure. a) On or about November 13, 2024, the employer had not performed initial exposure monitoring prior to employees utilizing the Design Polymerics DP 2590 Duct Liner Spray Adhesive and being exposed to methylene chloride while repairing insulation inside a section of HVAC duct.
