29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed. a. On or about November 6, 2024, in the chemical room, an emergency fire exit door's exit access was obstructed by material, interfering with employee's safe and orderly evacuation from building in the event of an emergency. Employees were thereby exposed to the hazards associated with fire, smoke, or other emergency evacuation hazards.
