29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(ii)(G): Operator training did not include workplace related topics such as ramps and other sloped surfaces that could affect the vehicle's stability: At the worksite located at 6587 Saint Moritz Drive, Osage Beach, Missouri: Employees operating forklifts were exposed to struck-by and/or crushing hazards when operating forklifts. The employer did not ensure forklift operators were trained on the safe operation of forklifts on ramps and other sloped surfaces, including, but not limited to the Moffett forklift used by employees for customer deliveries.
