29 CFR 1910.335(a)(1)(i):Employees working in areas where there were potential electrical hazards were not provided with electrical protective equipment that was appropriate for the specific parts of the body that needed to be protected and for the work being performed: On or about October 25th, 2024, employees engaged in oven activities located at 4657 G Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68117, were exposed to electrical hazards in that an employee was shocked when attempting to light the Blue Oven for production. The employee shocked was not provided with electrically rated gloves, electrically rated sleeves, or an ARC flash hood.
