29 CFR 1910.133(a)(1): Protective eye and face equipment was not required where there was a reasonable probability of injury that could be prevented by such equipment: Company: On, or about, November 6, 2024, employees added water to the battery provided on the Clark forklift. Employees were not provided with adequate eye and face protection when adding water to the battery cells in that the employee only wore safety glasses with side shields.
