29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(22): Employees using ladders were carrying objects or loads that could cause the employee to lose balance and fall: a) Central Mountain High School, 64 Keystone Central Drive, Mill Hall, PA - On or about September 6, 2024, an employee was carrying a five (5) gallon bucket of coating, up a ladder, exposing the employee to a fall hazard of approximately twenty-seven (27) feet.
