29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2)(i): Each employee who was constructing a leading edge 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: At the worksite located at 101 Johnson, Moberly, Missouri: Employees were exposed to fall hazards greater than 6 feet when removing a roof on a structure. The worksite was changing throughout the removal. The employer did not protect employees from falling by use of a personal fall arrest system, safety nets or guardrail system.
