29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3)(i)(A)(1): Unqualified employees working in an elevated position near overhead lines with voltages to ground rated at 50 kV or below and their conductive tools were not kept greater than 10-feet from from unguarded energized overhead lines: a)On or about July 30, 2024, in the front yard, an employee working from and maneuvering a NiftyLift aerial lift was exposed to an electrocution hazard in that, the lift with a Stihl pruner pole saw within 6 feet of an energized 7,200 volt unguarded overhead powerlines.
