29 CFR 1910.132(f)(1): The employer did not provide training set forth in this section to each employee who is required by this section to use PPE: On or about July 11, 2024, an employee of Georgian Gardens Healthcare LLC was removing tree branches and debris from the roof of the building located at 1 Georgian Gardens Drive in Potosi, Missouri. The employer did not provide training to the employee on when PPE was necessary, the specific types and limitations of the PPE when the work deemed it necessary. The employee working on the roof with a chainsaw was exposed to fall and struck-by hazards.
