Electric equipment may not be used unless the following markings have been placed on the equipment: 29 CFR 1910.303(e)(1)(ii): Other markings giving voltage, current, wattage, or other ratings as necessary. a) On or about June 26, 2024, the employer did not ensure the voltage, current, wattage, or other markings were on the electrical disconnects for the LIGHTNIN mixers and lights located in the lime room and hanging on the light pole outside the electrical room exposing maintenance electricians to electrical shocks hazards during preventative maintenance and repairs.
