29 CFR 1910.134(g)(1)(i)(B): Respirators with tight-fitting facepieces were worn by employees with a condition that interfered with the face-to-facepiece seal or valve function: (a) Production area - On or about May 22, 2024 and August 26, 2024 the employer permitted employees required to wear ULINE S-19253 filtering facepiece respirators to wear a beard net that came between the sealing surface of the facepiece and the face thereby exposing the employees to hazards associated with respirable dust. Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
