29 CFR 1910.333(c)(6): Conductive materials and equipment that were in contact with an employee's body were not handled in a manner that would prevent them from contacting exposed energized conductors or circuit parts: a) 4449 Academy Street; Acworth GA: On or about May 20, 2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to electrical hazards, in that an arborist was allowed to climb, trim and cut trees, while using a conductive 12-foot long flipline with steel wire core within 10 feet of an energized residential power line of 7.2 kV.
