29 CFR 1926.451(f)(15):Ladders shall not be used on scaffolds to increase the working level height of employees, except on large area scaffolds where employers have satisfied the following criteria: a) On May 8, 2024, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 6 feet after placing a step ladder on a baker scaffold to increase their working height. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
