29 CFR 1910.1025(l)(2)(iii): The employer did not include as part of the training program, and/or did not distribute to employees any materials pertaining to the Occupational Safety and Health Act, the regulations issued pursuant to that Act and this lead standard: a) 201 Ferry Street, Easton PA Facility - On or about April 23, 2024, and at times prior, employees worked on a daily basis in the back room where there was presence of lead and the employer did not inform nor distribute to each employee materials pertaining to the Occupational Safety and Health Act and this lead standard. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
