29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(C):Flexible cords and cables were used where run through doorways, windows, or similar openings. On or about April 4th, 2024, employees engaged in production operations in the facility located at 3302 Harlan Lewis Road, Bellevue, Nebraska 68005, were exposed to fire and electrical hazards. Multiple flexible extension cords were being used and were run through door ways, or other similar openings. The flexible cords were supplying power for various hand tools being used in assembly production area of the facility by employee(s).
