29 CFR 1910.95(g)(1): The employer did not establish and maintain an audiometric testing program as provided by 29 CFR 1910.95(g) by making audiometric testing available to all employees whose exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels: a) Cabinet Building Area- On or about May 10, 2024, an employee was exposed to noise hazards at levels of 91.3 decibels on the A-weighted scale (dBA) as an eight-hour time-weighted average, without being provided audiometric testing. b) Cabinet Building Area- On or about May 10, 2024, an employee was exposed to noise hazards at levels of 90.7 decibels on the A-weighted scale (dBA) as an eight-hour time-weighted average, without being provided audiometric testing. c) Cabinet Building Area- On or about May 10, 2024, an employee was exposed to noise hazards at levels of 87.1 decibels on the A-weighted scale (dBA) as an eight-hour time-weighted average, without being provided audiometric testing.
