29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) Beverage Distribution Center, Inc. - Recycle Dock area/Sanitation area: The employer did not have a readily accessible eye wash station that provides 15 minutes of continuous flow for flushing of the eyes where sanitation employees used corrosive chemicals including Tennant True Cleaning Solutions/High Alkaline Degreaser Concentrate. Occurred on or about 03/01/2024.
