29 CFR 1926.605(d)(2): The employer did not ensure that there was in the vicinity of each barge in use, at least one U.S. Coast Guard-approved 30-inch lifering with not less than 90 feet of line attached: (a) On or about March 8, 2024, three (3) employees working while on the barge and one (1) employee swimming near the barge on the southside of the jobsite out in the water of Lake Fork were not provided a U.S. Coast Guard-approved 30-inch lifering with not less than 90-feet of line attached that was in the vicinity of the barge.
