29 CFR 1926.800(o)(3)(ii): Ground conditions along haulage-ways and travel-ways of underground construction work areas, were not inspected as frequently as necessary to ensure safe passage: On or about March 1, 2024, and at times prior thereto, employees performing underground construction were exposed to hazards of collapse where inspections were not conducted for safe passage. Wet conditions and leaking sewage, raveling dirt and potential collapse of the tunnel.
