29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(ii): The employer did not certify that periodic inspections of the energy control procedures had been performed: a)Showplace Wood Products, Inc. dba Showplace Cabinetry at One Enterprise Street, Harrisburg, SD 57032: On or about and at times prior to February 28, 2024, the employer had not certified that periodic inspections of their hazardous energy control procedures had been performed. This condition exposed employees to amputation, crushing and shock hazards.
