29 CFR 1910.37(b)(5):Each doorway or passage along an exit access that could be mistaken for an exit was not marked "Not an Exit" or similar designation, or be identified by a sign indicating its actual use (e.g. closet): Location: Building 20 On or about 2/21/24, a blocked door was observed to not be marked with either an illuminated "EXIT" sign, nor a sign that indicated the door was not an exit. By not defining this door, the employer did not ensure that employees would not attempt to use this door in the event of an emergency.
