29 CFR 1910.132(f)(1): The employer shall provide training to each employee who is required by this section to use PPE. Each such employee shall be trained to know at least when PPE is necessary, what PPE is necessary, how to properly don, doff, adjust, and wear PPE, the limitations of the PPE, and the proper care, maintenance, useful life and disposal of the PPE. On or about February 2, 2024, the employer failed to provide training to employees who required the use of PPE for operations including but not limited to using the angle grinder, table saws including the Kobalt KWS S102-06 table saw, concrete mixers, and automatic lines.
