29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): The employer did not compile a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present at the workplace. In the main shop at 14 Bridge St. South Hadley, MA: On or about January 31, 2024, the employer had not compiled a current chemical inventory crossed referenced to the Safety Data Sheets of the hazardous chemicals present in the work area. Employees work with various hazardous materials including but not limited to Soudal Soudafoam Door & Window Genius Gun, fiberglass insulation, and flammable paints.
