29 CFR 1910.178(q)(1): Any power-operated industrial truck not in safe operating condition was not taken out of service, and/or repairs were not made by authorized personnel: Bldg 31C20T, Temporary Fabric Shelter, and outside areas: On or before January 25, 2024, the Caterpillar Model GC30 Forklift did not have operable reverse lights, front lights, display console, horn, and the frame for the seat belt buckle frame was unsecure. These conditions potentially exposed employees to struck-by and crush-by hazards.
