29 CFR 1910.134(f)(1): The employer did not ensure that employee(s) required to use a tight-fitting facepiece respirator passed the appropriate qualitative fit test (QLFT) or quantitative fit test (QNFT): On or about January 9, 2024, and days prior to, Lowell Manufacturing Company Inc. located at 100 Integram Drive in Pacific Missouri did not provide the appropriate fit test for for users of a tight fitting facepiece respirators to employees working at the paint shop that required them. Improperly fitted respirator will cause air leak that may expose employees from toxic vapor, fumes and other airborne particles.
